A dove rises from stylized waves, lifted by a human hand. Carved with fine plumage and flowing tail, the figure honors renewal after the 2008 flood and embodies peace, tranquility, and resilience.
Todd Frahm is an American sculptor known for stone and bronze works featuring animals and symbolic natural forms; he co‑founded Stone Cloud Studio in Asheville, NC.
