Friday, June 19 — Opening Night
The fair officially opens at 5 p.m. Visitors can enjoy the midway, exhibits, commercial buildings, Lil’ Hands on the Farm, live music, demonstrations, and the Watermelon Relay.
Highlights: Official fair opening, $30 midway wristbands, live music, blacksmithing demo, Watermelon Relay.
Saturday, June 20 — Family Fun & Demolition Derby
A full day of fair activities begins in the afternoon with exhibits, Lil’ Hands on the Farm, blacksmithing demonstrations, midway rides, the Little Miss & Mister Contest, Pedal Tractor Pull, live music, and the Demolition Derby. Military ID holders can park for free.
Highlights: Military Appreciation Day, Pedal Tractor Pull, Little Miss & Mister Contest, Demolition Derby, Midnight Madness midway wristbands.
Sunday, June 21 — Pulls, Contests & Community Events
Visitors can enjoy exhibits, Lil’ Hands on the Farm, blacksmithing demonstrations, midway wristbands, Vesper Services, the Watermelon Seed Spitting Contest, Children’s Baking Contest, tractor pulls, and the 4-H Fashion Revue public showing.
Highlights: Midway opens at 3 p.m., tractor pulls, Watermelon Seed Spitting Contest, Children’s Baking Contest.
Monday, June 22 — Rodeo Night
The evening includes open buildings, Dollar Day midway rides, sewing demonstrations, live music, blacksmithing demonstrations, and the Three Bar J Rodeo at the grandstand.
Highlights: $2 midway rides, live rock music, Three Bar J Rodeo.
Tuesday, June 23 — Community Day at the Midway
The midway opens to the public at 5 p.m. with a canned goods discount. Visitors can also enjoy exhibits, bakery demonstrations, live music, rabbit races, the Dress a Sheep Contest, Frog Jumping Contest, and racing at the grandstand.
Highlights: $5 off midway wristbands with canned good donation, Rabbit Races, Frog Jumping Contest, TQ Midgets & Jr. Sprints.
Wednesday, June 24 — Kids Day
Kids Day features all-day and evening midway wristbands, the 4-H Adventure Day Carnival, Pedal Tractor Pull, Cupcake Eating Contest, exhibits, demonstrations, and another night of TQ Midgets & Jr. Sprints at the grandstand.
Highlights: $25 midway wristbands, Adventure Day Carnival, Cupcake Eating Contest, racing at the grandstand.
Thursday, June 25 — BOGO Midway & Battle of the Badges
The midway opens at 5 p.m. with BOGO wristbands. Evening activities include open buildings, porcelain painting, a cornhole tournament, live country/rock music, blacksmithing demonstrations, the Rooster Crowing Contest, Go Kart Battle of the Badges, and the Working Chute Contest.
Highlights: BOGO midway wristbands, Cornhole Tournament, Rooster Crowing Contest, Go Kart Battle of the Badges.
Friday, June 26 — Parade of Champions & Midnight Madness
Visitors can enjoy open exhibits, the midway, livestock awards, live music, the Antique Tractor Pull, and Midnight Madness wristbands.
Highlights: Parade of Champions, Antique Tractor Pull, live music, Midnight Madness.
Saturday, June 27 — Final Fair Saturday
The fair wraps up with the livestock sale in the morning, midway rides from 3–10 p.m., open Family Arts and Commercial Buildings, and Demolition Derby II at the grandstand.
Highlights: Final midway night, Family Arts and Commercial Buildings, Demolition Derby II.
Throughout fair week, visitors can enjoy midway rides, 4-H exhibits, Family Arts exhibits, commercial booths, livestock shows, Lil’ Hands on the Farm, blacksmithing demonstrations, food, contests, live music, and grandstand events. The fair runs June 19–27, 2026. (Bartholomew County Fair)
